Official Coronation recipes revealed!

As we get closer to the big day, more and more plans for the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla are being revealed, causing lots of excitement!
Buckingham Palace has recently released three delicious recipes we can all try for our celebrations at home:
- Ken Hom’s roast rack of lamb with Asian-style marinade
- Nadiya’s coronation aubergine
- Adam Handling’s strawberry and ginger trifle
